Summery

• Conversion from contract to permanent staff base on performance.
• Salary between RM2.5K to RM4K.
• 5 days week

Job Purpose:

To help progress this customer support team by developing and maintaining efficient technical and after-sales support to customers and dealers of Radiant Communication Sdn Bhd. The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Company in all aspects of their technical duties including the preparation of equipment for installation, testing, commissioning and users training as well as providing maintenance support.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø To handle and attend to customers’ complaint promptly.

Ø To carry out installation works efficiently.

Ø To prepare and carry out routine preventive maintenance.

Ø To provide telephone and remote support.

Ø To provide users training.

Requirements:

Ø Diploma or Degree holder.

Ø Experience are not required but will be advantageous.

Ø Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ø Must have own car for field works.

Ø Travelling extensively for field works.

Ø Should be able to work independently.
