Job responsibilities

• Conduct training within the agency force and other distribution intermediaries
• Research, design and develop training courses
• Enhance existing training courses
• Ensure training objectives are met and achieved

Job requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance/ Investment or other related fields
• Working experience in stockbroking firm/ investment company/ asset management firm or possess qualification of CFP/ ChFC/ RFP/ IFP/ CFA would be an advantage
• Strong command of English is required
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in conducting trainings
• Passionate about training and developing people
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willing to travel nationwide and possess own transport
• Able to work on weekends or evenings when required
