Responsibilities:

·       Strong interpersonal and communications skills with good problem-solving skill

·       Conduct market research and identify marketing opportunities

·       Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness,

·       Manage the content of website and social media platforms, and optimize SEM/SEO

·       Plan and Monitor all marketing collaterals such as POSM, DMs, leaflets, videos etc

·       Explore joint promotions and coordinate with external parties including media, PR and advertising agencies

·       Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for review and enhancement

·       Perform ad hoc project as assigned

·       Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

·       At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, especially in retail industry – Skincare or Supplement Product/ Beauty / Lifestyle / FMCG preferred

·       Proven track record of formulating sales-driven marketing tactic

·       Self-motivated, creative, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure

·       Strong interpersonal and communications skills with good problem-solving skill
