Job Roles and Responsibilities :

• To ensure day-to-day operations are carried smoothly in accordance to company SOP.
• To attend and serve walk in and dine in customer with their request.
• To ensure a condusive, safe and comfortable ambiance for staff and customer.
• To familiar with F&B menu and be able to do good explanation and recommendation to customer.
• To cross sell and promote outlet's products and new promotion.
• To perform stock take and spring cleaning as assigned by outlet Manager.
• To be able to handle customer complaints and come out with solutions.
• To undertake ac-hoc tasks assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate with no working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position.
• Pleasant personality with service orientated attitude
• Possess with good verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
• A team player and willing to work extra mile to achieve outlet target
