Job Descriptions:

  • Continuously review and enhanced the Financial Model structure to anticipate the latest requirement for privatization project.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Operation to revisit and update the basis and assumptions.
  • Establish a new Financial Model structure for new project/investment.
  • Review and analyze the result/KPIs of Financial Model Run for privatization project.
  •  Update and analyze the result/KPIs of Financial Model Run for new project/investment.
  • Update and analyze the financial proposal and basis of the proposed project.
  • Review the financial proposal before submission to the Government bodies, high level management and banks.
  • Establish the project plan for AMP.
  • Ensure the Budgetary Model structures are ready before the update/input date.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Service Area and HQ-HR to ensure the completeness of AMP exercise.
  • Ensure the consolidation of annual master budget, Business Plan and Board Paper (AMP) are submitted to Group as per deadline.
  • Establish and ensure all expenses (Opex & Capex) are monitor and track according to Budgetary Control process.
  • Review and analyze the actual performance against budget.
  • Monthly cost controlling reports are circulated and communicated to all HODs.
  • Conduct a discussion with all HODs on monthly basis to ensure any unfavorable variances are highlighted.
  • Monitor the finance department function at service area.
  • Review monthly management report and highlight variances between budget and actual for timely submission to Group.
  • Ensure the monthly management reports are complies with Group reporting requirement and guidelines.
  • Ensure the compilation and distributions of Board Paper are as per schedule.
  • Liaise with Company Secretary on all company secretarial updates, Circular Resolution and Extract Resolution.
  • Ensure the SAP system is updated based on latest the latest operation requirement.
  • Ensure the accesses are controlled.
  • Act as reference point for the users.
  • Liaising with financial institutions and negotiate terms, review documentation for funding application, review term and conditions of the offered facility, execution of banking and funding facility.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Finance or any ;
  • Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined, good in time management, and able to work under pressure;
  • Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, and is able to follow instructions;
  • At least two (5) years of experience in Financial Modeling & Financial accounting experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills;
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft office software;
  • Good knowledge in SAP system
  • Creative, easy-going, and can adapt to sudden deadlines.
