Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management ,Business Administration or equivalent.

*Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

*Working knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and government regulations.

*Responsible and professional in handling confidential information.

*Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Executing and implementing of HR policies and procedures.

• To handle employment permit, repatriation, hostels management, regulatory compliances and tax matters etc.

• Ensure timely processing of accurate payroll report and related HR reporting for analysis purposes.
