Working Days: Monday to Friday

Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial report, prepare various financial statement footnote disclosures, analyze the expenses against previous month
• Prepare Sales Report on a monthly basis 
• Support and coach on fixed asset transactions and processes ensuring timely, accuracy and completeness of fixed asset register
• Plan, manage and coach documentation process and payment activities
• Monitor and review petty cash claim for all stores & office staffs
• Liaise with external parties such as bankers, lawyers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary as and when required
• Provide ad hoc analytical support, manage project, and other business initiative

Required Skills:

• Candidates with experience in F&B industry is preferred
• Expert in Excel (VLookup, Pivot table)
• Good at communication and business writing
• Detailed-oriented
• Timely and accurate
• Flexible & adaptive
• Able to multitask & self driven
