Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To attend to all potential prospects to showcase and propose on Company's products offering
• Prospect, engage, persuade, negotiate and close deals successfully
• Compile and update sales report to superior on a daily basis
• To foster positive relationship with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
• Aggressive to explore new opportunities in domestic and within regional markets for potential orders
• Develop and implement holistic and integrated marketing and sales strategies tailored to the target market in order to achieve company’s sales target
• Monitor sales performance to achieve target
• Prepare post-mortem reports for feedbacks and improvements
• To co-ordinate the smooth running of the sales
• Reporting to Director on sales and marketing activities as well as customer feedback
• Hardworking and responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strategize, develop and implement marketing strategies
• Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing

Job Requirement:

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration other fields
• A target driver, sales-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong focus on revenue, marketing related experience would be an added advantage
• Knowledge in gym equipment/accessories
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• Willing to work shifts (to be flexible as you may be required to work on public holidays and on weekends).
• Pleasant personality with good attitude, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good English proficiency. Ability to speak in more than one language is an added advantage.
• Committed, self-motivated, analytical and resourceful.
• Willing to travel and have own transport
