Summery
Reporting to the MD, the successful candidate would be part of the team of a new Modern French semi-fine dining restaurant at Damansara Heights.
The restaurant manager's job responsibilities include:
· overseeing the efficient running and general operations of the restaurant
· managing the service staff (training and supervising)
· ensuring compliance with authorities (licensing, hygiene, health & safety, etc)
· handling customer service
· working with the accounts department on administration work
· taking charge of any problem solving issues.
