Employment Status: Full-Time

·         To lead day-to-day activities in project monitoring (to ensure timely completion), quality control (in accordance with specifications) and cost control (within budget) and to liaison with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

·         To prepare project schedules.

·         To check drawings/ plans for discrepancies.

·         To initiate project tenders/ quotations and to pre-qualify and identify suitable consultants, contractors and suppliers.

·         To liaise with consultants, main contractors and suppliers on site operations and technical issues and to lead client-consultant, site and technical meetings.

·         To verify and recommend contractors’/ suppliers’ claims and VO’s.

·         To ensure safety compliances at construction sites.

·         To execute other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

·         To attend to sales enquiries and generation of quotations and approved the quotation issue by subordinates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        Degree holder preferably in Engineering, minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
