REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1.   Associate or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Project Management and other relevant fields.

2.   Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in the industry (chemical or oil and gas).

3.   Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

4.   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity contributing to the entire project lifecycle.

2.   Organize and monitor project schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.

3.   Coordinate efforts within the team and with other related stakeholders efficiently.

4.   Report updates verbally and in written form to direct superior and related management.

5.   Prepare letters, reports, proposals, and presentation materials.

6.   Handle project related registrations.

7.   Any other duties / ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Min salary start from RM2,000.00/month (can go upper based on T&C)
