1. Create menu for cakes, pastries and other desserts

2. Control and evaluate the process and procedures of menu production

3. Monitor sales and cost of pastry department

4. Maintain high quality standard of pastry product

5. Manage stock control and source for new materials

6. Assist in weekly and monthly physical inventories

7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the work area

8. Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and techniques for pastry department

9. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirement

1. At least 3 years of experience in related field

2. Good communication skill and passionate team player
