- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
- Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
- Setting budgets and/or agreeing them with superior.
- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week/month, including staff control, food control and sales.
- Able to lead, train, motivate and manage restaurant team in delivering best services.
- Able to plan manpower requirements and staff development within the restaurant.
- Checking and following-up on customer complaints.
- Perform weekly / monthly stock takes for food & beverages product and paper cost.
- Ensure the receiving proceed with any suppliers are conducted by Store Manager/ Asst. Store Manager or Supervisor to make sure the quality and quantity on products received.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Food & Beverage
- Possess a good communication skills, resourceful and self-motivate
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Have good leadership skills
