• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean
• Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the shop
• Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy
• Assist in wrapping of gift items
• Assist in product display
• Assist in customer service
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager
