Role Summary
The Marketing Support Executive role will be responsible for the management of the local / regional market events (Internal colleagues’ meetings, external attendee engagements, congresses). This includes management of the event logistics, ensuring the event compliance, tracking and reporting, attendee management, client & vendor interactions, submitting customer engagement programs, support in administrative marketing related tasks.
  • End-to-end management of activities (including compliance, logistics, payments, reporting, etc.). This includes internal/external meetings, speaker programs and congress support as appropriate for the local market practice;
  • Ensures compliance processes and global policies are followed at the local/ regional market level;
  • Initiate POs for payment to suppliers and follow up with finance for final payments. Maintain receipts and records relating to marketing expenses, and process expenses through the E Pay / PO process as required;
  • Ensure in coordination with procurement / commercial /compliance / regional colleagues, completion of Interact/manual process, compliance paperwork for vendors;
  • Responsible for managing local / regional suppliers;
  • Follow up on local metrics and cost saving;
  • Track M&E A&P budget to facilitate internal / self-monitoring of expenditure related to each brand;
  • Support in marketing related tasks, such as Promotional, Brand Materials, & other relevant Marketing deliverables.
  Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in business administration or related fields equivalent minimal 2 years work-related experience preferably within marketing administrative or events planning;
  • Work experience in pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage;
  • Good proficiency in Excel and Outlook;
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in fast-paced environment and meets deadlines in a timely manner;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
