Inspire Brands Asia is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to play a key role in growing the Anytime Fitness brand footprint throughout Asia by leading the marketing strategy and creating compelling online and offline campaigns to ultimately close more franchise sales throughout Asia.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the EVP and COO to lead the franchise development marketing strategy for each market through developing localized and engaging content to drive franchisee inquiries,
- Lead the online campaigns for franchise sales and business development including, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google strategies by achieving key KPIs including,
- Lead to presentation targets
- Cost per lead targets
- Cost per acquisition targets
- Strategically aim to optimize marketing spend through managing the marketing budget per market, be an expert in all marketing related systems, proposing key changes where necessary backed by data,
- Generate marketing reports and key metrics for management,
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive collective business outcomes (approved
- annual plans),
- Promote collaboration and communication between franchise marketing and all other departments in IBA.

- Strong online marketing knowledge and track record in achieving results with B2B marketing across o LinkedIn

- Leadership experience in managing an external agency and/or internal marketing team including, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other key marketing stakeholders,
- Strong creative thinking ability to strategize creative and engaging campaigns to drive franchisee inquiries,
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, Meta business manager, CRM integration and other key marketing related software.
