Job Description

Job Role:

-Drive, plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results on consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, digital, events and promotions.

-Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting engagement with trade partners and consumers .

- To generate monthly reports and assist in events

-Launching and implementing innovative promotions to increase brand awareness.

-Support and manage integrated 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from different departments – Sales, Finance, Logistics and HODs.

-Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate forecasting together with Sales and Logistics.

-Monitor brand performance on a monthly basis to ensure KPIs are met.

-Conduct analysis of market and competitive trends.

Job Requirements:

-Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields

- Preferable 1-2 years experience of brand marketing experience with exposure elements of the marketing mix

-Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

-Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactics and actionable plans

-Well versed with Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint and Word . 

-Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork

-Ability to communicate and work with a variety of stakeholders

-Flexible and creative with an attention to detail

-Result oriented with positive attitude
