Job Summary:
- Responsible for Branding strategy & plan and it's implementation. To develop, implement and monitor brand strategy and plan in line with company goals. Act as the Brand guardian for the company to maintain a consistent voice for the brand and to create & maintain the Brand Architecture. To monitor, measure and manage brand equity/strength by conducting brand survey and analysis. To manage Creating team in coordinating and monitoring the creative design team involving design, layout, shooting and editing of photos and videos. To monitor, update and develop company website and digital marketing which includes website, search engine optimization (SEO), search content marketing (SCM) and multimedia productions.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the Brand Management Plan and Creative Plan and its activities
- To develop, implement and monitor brand strategy and plan in line with company goals.
- Act as the Brand guardian for the company to maintain a consistent voice for the brand which includes internal & external communications as well as to create & maintain the Brand Architecture.
- Accountable of brand and rebranding exercise for Alam Flora Group and ensure the brand implementation as per Corporate Identity (CI).
- Development of brand perception to stakeholders and market to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor, measure and manage brand equity/strength by conducting brand survey and analysis.
- To manage Creating team in coordinating and monitoring the creative design team involving design, layout, shooting and editing of photos and videos.
- To monitor, update and develop company website and digital marketing which includes website, search engine optimization (SEO), search content marketing (SCM) and multimedia productions
- To propose to the management on the yearly budget required to manning Stakeholders Management programmes.
- To develop staff to success on their field.
- Motivate staff to work in multitasking and raise the spirit of working harder.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Creative Writing, Business, Advertising, Media, Marketing, or equivalent;
- Excellent knowledge in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and any other social media best practices, including their algorithms and pertinent engagement metrics;
- Understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements;
- Understanding in developing brand and marketing strategies.
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined, good in time management, and able to work under pressure;
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, and is able to follow instructions;
- At least two (5) years of experience in a social media marketing function;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Basic knowledge in video editing and graphic design will be an added advantage;
- Creative, easy-going, and can adapt to sudden deadlines.
