Job responsibilities:

·       Primary jobs include sales promotion planning, implementation & analysis, business reviews, customer growth strategy, trading term negotiation and operational work.

·       To maintain and build good relationship with Key Accounts at HQ level.

·       Dedicated & committed in striving to achieve the sales target set by the Company.

·       Plan, executes and coordinates promotion with inter department teams.

·       To manage trade spend effectively and seeking maximum payback for each action.

·       Collecting market information to understand competitor pricing, promotion activities and any new entrants in the market by conducting market visit.

·       Work closely with sales operation and merchandising team to achieve sales target and ensuring good space management at outlet level.

·       Negotiating on new product launches, space management, additional secondary display and both local and national promotional activities.

Job requirement:

·       Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in sales department/Modern Trade. 

·       Required Skill(s): planning, interpersonal skill, communication skill, negotiation skill and basic FMCG knowledge.

·       Good computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and presentation skill

·       Sales driven, results-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation.

·       Good knowledge of English. Able to converse inmandarin will be an added advantage. 

·       Posses own vehicle and willing to travel outstation when necessary.
