Job Description:

1. Responsible to ensure the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System are established, implemented and maintained accordingly and conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard requirements
2. Responsible for the daily operation of all IT assets
3. Develop and review Web Applications
4. Create and maintain software documentation
5. Research new IT trends and technologies relating to IT hardware or software for improvement and cost savings
6. To troubleshoot and rectify any computer, printer, server, network, router or IT hardware issues reported
7. To troubleshoot and rectify all office or customized software application issues reported
8. To troubleshoot and rectify all computer virus or email issues reported
9. To ensure all software licences comply with legislative requirements
10. Communicate with other departments to resolve all IT issues in a timely manner
11. Analyze any IT issues and implement improvements
12. Involve in typical software lifecycle (Develop, Debug, Testing, Deploy & Maintenance)

Job Requirements:

1. Punctual & pleasant personality.
2. Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. Professional communication is a must.
3. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
4. Able to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced but fun environment, perform under pressure and meet deadlines set.
5. The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
6. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent and experience especially in Apps, e-commerce & intranet development
7. Full-Time position available.
8. Available to start employment immediately.
9. Possess own transport.
10. Willing to travel whenever required.
