Roles and Responsibilities
- To assist the HR Senior Executive in administrative and payroll related task.
- Responsible in using assigned HR software to keep track of all staff roster, special paid leaves, annual leaves and others staff benefits
- Responsible to verify and tally all timesheets, leave application and commission calculation
- Responsible in calling job interview candidates and arranging job interview time and venue
- Take record of any adjustments such as unpaid leaves or advanced pay before the month end payroll calculation
- To assist in handling workers' hostel
- Cover general clerical tasks, including data entry, correspondence and filing
- Any other duties assigned by the HR Senior Executive
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in human resources, business management field and others
- Reasonably fluent in written and spoken English
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people
