Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from accredited institutions of higher learning in related field.
• At least 2 years and above working experience in related field.
• Good written and verbal communication: English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, onboarding, training & development, HR policy & procedures, employee relations, industrial relations, termination and other HR administration.
• Responsible for processing and checking attendance including leave, overtime, part time wages.
• Maintain and update staff personnel files in the payroll system.
• Ensure HR policies & SOPs are communicated and effectively implemented.
• Keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database. 
• Liaise with government agencies like EPF, SOCSO, IRB, and HRD Corp as needed. 
• To provide ad hoc support as and when required by Management.
