• To lead and develop an integrated sales/rental strategy to effectively achieve its sales/rental objective and increase market share.
• To lead and manage one of thrifty work process to design, develop, set up, maintain for new business models introduction and existing business models as well.
• To establish, develop and maintain the department’s budget to support overall business strategy, monitor and report actual spending with break-ups on various activities to the Management.• To measure existing Thrifty business performance based on customer feedback and non-compliance issues and plan for improvement based on refresher chauffeur related training from time to time.
