Do you like to interact with people? Our company is hiring Hairdresser / Hair Stylist Executives to connect with our customers and deliver customer expectation. 

We need the chosen candidates to be customer and results oriented while upholding our brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

•Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. 

•Maintain accurate every customer service 

•Handle all customer bilingually and effectively.

•Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues. 

•Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments. 

Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Hairdresser / Hairstylist background

•Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage 

•Able independently handle customer reequipments

•Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends

•Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya "THE HUB SS2"
