1. Analyzing accounting information and provide recommendations for gap identification and action plans for actual vs budget  
2. Prepare action plans; monitoring production yield report , identify cost saving initiative for ingredients and operation efficiency  
3. Meets accounting financial objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
4. Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures and setup an internal control process.
5. Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
6. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
7. Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
8. Manage other job assigned by Superior from time to time.
