JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Globally responsible for provisioning and maintaining cards. Ensure all applications are pre- approved by the right authorities before granting new applicants access to apply for cards.
- Responsible to on-board cardholders globally.
- Conduct training on policy, procedures and system to new cardholders.
- Maintenance of the card program in the system.
- Main point of contact for card holders if there is any enquiry or issue escalation.
- Development and deployment of new vendor due diligence Internal User Training Materials and External Vendor Guide.
- Clear data log issues between Oracle and the vendor due diligence platform
- Generate reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2- 3 years working experience in Finance/Accounting line and able to use Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage cross functional stakeholders globally
- Good at reporting and data analytics
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Utama.
- Willing to commit for 12 months contract
