1. CONTACT all PICs, Agents and KEY CUSTOMERS regarding invoices
2. REQUEST PAYMENT of invoices from all PICs, Agents and KEY CUSTOMERS
3. UPDATE (RECONCILE) INVOICE PAYMENT calculations from agents, PICs, HQ runners, and key company customers IN ACCORDANCE with the XERO system every day.
4. CHECKING EMAILS every day.
5. RECEIVE every payment collection from outlet, customer, PIC, Agent, company runner in the form of cash/IBG/IBGT/cheque.
6.MANAGING every payment collection from outlets, customers, PICs, Agents, company runners in the form of cash/IBG/IBGT/cheque.
7. PROVIDE a daily report of the reduction or increase in customer invoice debt rates to the company before 5pm.
8. CONTACT PIC, agents and runners and truck drivers about shortages, inadequacies of products at the sales location.
