• Overseeing kitchen operations
• Direct, prepare or supervise cooking and other food preparation activities on a daily basis
• Creating new menu and promotions
• Ensuring food quality and consistency
• Receiving feedback to make improvements
• Training and coordinating kitchen staff
• Enforcing safety and sanitization standards in kitchen
• Coordinate all food purchasing, budgeting and planning operations with other staff members and minimize overhead costs when possible
• Establish production and staff schedules to ensure that there is sufficient help at all times to ensure timely delivery of food services

Requirement

• Possess relevant professional qualifications in Culinary Arts
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in related field
• Well-versed knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and regulations
• Able to work in fast-paced environment 
• Have initiative, hard-working and have the ability to lead
• Able to perform shift duties (including Sat, Sun and PH)

BASIC SALARY + PERFORMANCE BONUS = RM 7,500.00+
