Job Description- Handles Front Desk Operations such as handling arrivals registration, departures and walk-in request.
- Responding promptly to all customer requests, and inquiries in accordance with the performance standard by telephone, or in person.
- Consistent in delivering excellent service standards to customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- To handle day-to-day inbound and outbound calls.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly front desk operations report in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and Good English speaking.
- Pleasant personality and polite at all times.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Has a passion for service. Previous service experience will be an advantage.
- Good team player and willing to learn.
- Full-time position(s) available.
