Summery
Reporting to Center Manager, the Customer Service Officer is responsible to provide quality customer service and handle walk in enquiries, new consultations and bookings for clients’ treatments. Always ready to “service with a smile”, the Customer Service Officer is vital in the front line operations of the company and provides the first point of contact for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
• Provides customer and front desk services by answering phone and walk in enquiries
• Converts the leads into face to face consultations
• Proactively makes outgoing calls to book clients’ treatment and increase center customer activity
• Performs center customer service by ensuring clients’ comfort, attend to their needs and support the operations in enhancing the service levels
• Contact clients via telephone and emails, sms to update clients’ profile
• Prepares reports required by management
• Performs telemarketing services to activate clients and enhance center activity

• Good interpersonal skills with strong communication ability
