To manage customer service functions, prepare all documentations for export and import services, provide operational assistance to ensure seamless shipment flow as well as communicate effectively with customers.
- Manage shipment bookings, shipping and document related enquiries from internal/external customers
- To liaise with customers, ports, shipping lines, depot, agents at destinations on all shipping, documentation and billing related matters
- To prepare full set of import and export shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Manifest, Invoice, Delivery Order and others.
- To provide support for operations and proactively coordinating with customers on all shipping matters.
- Degree in any field
- Possesses strong hands-on experience in container shipping customer service/operation for at least 3 years with expertise in shipping system, shipping documents, billing and customs procedures.
- Good interpersonal, communication and interactive skills
