Job description

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of cloud kitchen

- Supervise and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures in the kitchen

- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of kitchen equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operation

- Monitor and manage shopfront for delivery pickup and dispute

Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

- Monitoring accurate inventory of packaging and cooking gas

- Observe the general appearance of the shop.

- Enforce health and safety precautions

- Monitor production to resolve issues

- Report to upper management

- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

- Local Malaysian only.

- Training will be provided.

- Computer literate, and able to troubleshoot the basic system.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

- Good interpersonal, and communication skills and good team player.

- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

- Required to work on weekends and public holidays.

- Possess own transport
