Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures
• Manage, assist & conduct relevant medical check-up tests & investigations
• Coordinate work process with Nursing Department, Imaging Department, Laboratory Department, Sales & Marketing Department, Pharmacy, Specialist Clinics and others to ensure smooth flow of operation
• Communicate with insurance companies for authorization request & verification
• Data entry and maintenance of customers’ database
• Support the department in administrative duties where required
• Receive and respond to customer enquiries through calls and emails
• Appropriately schedules patient appointments for consultations, treatments & follow-up
• Document sorting and filing
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork.
• Escalate calls or challenges to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
• Participate in Sales & Marketing Department activities
• To ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health related field
• Previous job experience in health care industry will be added advantage
• Medical insurance knowledge is an advantage
• Detailed oriented
• Good customer service experience
• Ability to perform beyond clients' expectations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage
