Job Descriptions:

• Configuration and maintenance of computer hardware, software, systems, and networks to ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Respond to the job order/request in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support, guidance and training to all users related to IT through phone or physical touch.
• Assist in generating problem management reports.
• Evaluate, analyze, troubleshoot, test, train and implement based on Company's IT policy and requirements.
• Provide status update on any pending task as and when required.
• Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a SPM/"O" Level/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1-2 years working experience in the related field. Candidates with exposure in F&B production industry will be an added advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Hardware and software troubleshooting, network programming, client/server base programming
• Preferably those are specialized in IT/Computer or equivalent.
