• Managing fast-growing e-commerce sales of brands through online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
• Drive the delivery of business and marketing objectives of our brands (market share, volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit, brand equity)
• Develop long-term vision and strategy and translate into commercial plans. Own the creation of the executional plan, annual and brand plans
• Champion and execute integrated 360 degree marketing campaigns including promotions, joint business plans with trade partners and brand owners .
• Reporting of brand performance, marketing activation results and overall contact person with brand owners
• Engage sales and trade marketing teams to ensure delivery and execution of campaigns
• Identify and work out relevant consumer and shopper insights
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
• 3-5 years of brand marketing exposure and working experience in e-commerce / FMCG
• Successful experience in brand management
• Able to identify and determine key priorities and brand needs
• Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular strength in Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management
• Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
• Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill
• Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints
• Able to inspire, motivate and lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results
• Experience in people management and development, leading the team to the successful market executions.
