Job Description

• Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
• Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work.
• Responding to customer questions and complaints.
• Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
• Handling door-to-door sales and meeting quotas and objectives.

Requirements

-Preferably with a minimum one (1) year of experience as a consultant or therapist

- Required language(s) - English, Bahasa Malaysia or Cantonese.

(Candidates fluent in mand. preferred as the role requires the candidates to deal with CHI speaking customers).

- Sales and customer-oriented is emphasized

-Relevant skills and experience will be an added advantage

- Applicants must be willing to work on Weekends

- Full-time position(s) available for Malaysian or PR
