SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Beauty Advisor)

-       Provide a welcoming experience to all customers

-       Comply with Personal Grooming Ethics

-       Provide a good impression with strict SOP and keep store tidy and clean

-       Provide skincare and beauty advise to customers

-       Provide customer service and achieve sales targets (Suggest and sell products and services)

-       Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution

-       Actively involves in any roadshows/ corporate events

-       Compliance with tester and sampling policies.

-       Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take

SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Store PIC)

-       Manage retail staff/ team support (including grooming/ image/ team spirit)

-       Maintain a smooth store daily operation and wellness

-       Monitor store display/ product display/ pricing display

-       Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline and train employees

-       Provide latest trends and updates/ Competitors information/ Customer comments and feedback

-       Ensure store promotions are carried out/ promotion displays are available, accurate and in tune with company’s standards
