Reports To: Commercial Manager /Area Commercial Executive / Retail Manager/ Counter Manager

Primary Function              

• Promote the use of our products
• Demonstrate the use of our products
• Demonstrated virtual services and selling skills
• Achieve sales and other targets set by the Retail / Counter Manager
• Provide excellent, professional and personalized service to customers to increase brand loyalty
• Maintain the highest standard of Brand image at all times

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service - Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database
• Maintenance and up-keeping of work environment
• Personal grooming - Uphold the highest standard of Brand image and adhere to the Brand’s grooming and uniform guidelines at all times. 
• Undertake all administrative duties assigned by Retail / Counter Manager
• Maintain accurate stock records, conducts stock checks and report discrepancies to Retail / Counter Manager.

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess with Makeup Certificate (Makeup Artist Position only)
• Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skill
• Social Selling Skills. i.e.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming
• Able to work on shift basis and long hours
