• Perform professional facial, slimming and treatment services in accordance to standards set by company
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness of workstation
• Assist doctor in clinical procedures and consultation
• Provide support for customer care and scheduling of appointments
• Handle basic front desk duties
• Update customer records regularly
• Upsell Wellness products.

• Strong prior relevant experience is advantageous
• Positive attitude with high level of initiative
• Good team player with great client service skills
• Good communication skills and provide professional advice to customers on treatment performed
• Follow-up appointment and maintain good relationship with new and existing customer
• Dedicated to achieving personal and group sales target
