What you will be doing:
This position will drive GBS Finance initiatives by monitoring, reporting and governing projects. Manage service performance reporting framework, drive improvement projects to create value to business and govern the process improvement framework. Help enhance service delivery performance, support functional projects and develop analytics to improve financial performance.
What we are looking for:
- Service Performance Management (20%)
- Design and develop the service performance framework for GBS Finance.
- Prepare and circulate monthly and quarterly GBS service performance reports.
- Analyse and identify service performance gaps or potential areas for improvement, and design and track action with Tower Leads to improve performance.
- Research industry benchmark for key GBS Finance services, develop action plans to bridge the gaps, track and report on progress in collaboration with Tower Leads.
- Track and govern all GBS Finance owned and supported key projects: progress, key achievements and risks & mitigation action, and report status periodically to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support track and expedite resolution of key IT issues impacting GBS Finance team in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Design and develop framework to capture and report GBS Finance improvements, analytics and other modes of value creation.
- Prepare periodic management information to track and report GBS Finance process improvement progress, performance by Tower, financial impact, efficiencies gained etc. and circulate to key stakeholders.
- Create a culture of innovation within GBS finance by organising competitions and influencing teams to strive to deliver efficiencies back to business through continuous improvements.
- Research and share knowledge regard industry trends on improvements, automations and shifts in operating model, and support to keep GBS Finance 'current' and 'relevant' to business.
- Prepare analytics using financial data available within GBS Finance and draw insights to improve financial performance working closely with Tower Leads.
- Support GBS Finance Leadership Team (20%)
- Record meeting minutes and track action of all key GBS Finance meetings to ensure agreed action are delivered on time, raise foreseen delays and challenges proactively
- Prepare key stakeholder presentations regards GBS Finance's service catalogue, team structure, operating model, SLA framework and other criteria are relevant.
- Conduct general research regards the GBS industry, finance transformation, new trends and GBS evolution, and provide recommendations on application to the ASSN.
- Manage the rewards and recognition cycles of the GBS Finance team, calling for nominations, consolidating nominations and preparing certificates etc.
- Create and manage all GBS Finance key documents and repositories (SharePoint sites, teams pages, work flexibility templates etc.)
- Help draft and disseminate key messages relates to GBS Finance in collaboration with Internal Communications.

Are you the one?
- 5 to 6 years' experience in business analyst or project management role
- Experience in leading or actively contributing towards process improvements or lean/ six sigma projects
- Experience in process mapping, redesigning, and reengineering
- CIMA exam complete or Strategic level qualification
- PMP Certification
