1. Processing payroll (contribution, comission, overtime etc) Note: All report must receive from outlet and staff early month)
2. Payroll using SQL payroll
3. Commission must be check by COO before proceed for salary

6. Stock balance & costing (Hq & all branch)

8. Sub Dealer summary & invoice
9. Dealing all inquiry for audit purpose
POS SYSTEM & SENSE CLOUD
1. To fully understand for pos system & training staff
2. Updating, changing price for menu treatment
3. To create new employee ID
4. To solve any issue regarding system
HUMAN RESOURCES
1. Preparing letter for staff (Offer,confirm,warning,increment etc)
2. To checking & assist staff attendance including leave, overtime, allowance calculation matters
3. To monitor & processing staff leave
4. *Manage leave balance
5. processing staff leave & get approval from director
6. Prepare monthly payroll duties & all payroll related reports
7. Attend to all payroll inqueries or payroll computation raise by the staff
8. Prepare monthly payroll slip & EA form send to staff
9. Responsible to full set of administration payment including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs, phone bills, rental, and statutory payments ie EPF,SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax
10. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirement
11. Liasing with Leasing department mall management regarding renewal, rental etc
12. To handle recruitment & interview for necessary department
13. Assist in performance management processes
14. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management
ADMIN TASK
1. Monitor & renew all license for outlet including
2. Handle & keep all company P&C information such as username & password (bank, email, system etc)
3. Issue Cheque
4. Memorandum
5. Bank Balance checking
6. Payment checking if necessary
7. Assist for inventory department regarding company stock
8. Create & amend form
9. Prepare Annual General Meeting slide
10. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management
