· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
· Assist superior in performing other duties.
· Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
· Familiar with software UBS is an added advantage
Familiar with purchasing is another added advantage
· Act as a first contact point for customer complaints, issues, resolve issues related to the order, shipment, and delivery arrangement.
· Checking time to time orders from various online platforms and manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Instagram, GrabMart and etc.
· Diploma / Degree holder in any related field.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia
· Good communication skills, self-initiative, and good team player.
· Strong organizing ability and quality focus, result-driven, and eager to learn
· Fast learner and accomplish tasks in minimum supervision
