Accounts Assistant provides assistance in maintaining financial records. Accounts assistants is responsible for updating costs spreadsheets report.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day tasks in a financial department. 
• Assist the full aspect relating to raw material requisition, cost & SP margin setting. Training will provide.
• Assists to create cost analysis reports for other departments
• Supporting the production of the monthly costs report, monthly Income and forecasting report for projects, and monthly programmes Reports 
• Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
• To assist, responsible for all contractual supply, contracts to business customers.
• Reviewing and performing audits on inventories.
• Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
• Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting/ min LCCI / Business Administration related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Base in Batu Cave, Selayang with our transport. (nearby Selayang hospital)
